The Good Old Days

We got to thinking the other day.

Just after sending and receiving a fax via our computer, uploading some files to a printer's ftp site, dropping a couple of gigabyte file on a USB thumb drive and emailing a huge pdf to a client near Boston, it dawned on us, again. Just about twenty years ago we were cutting a pasting type, retouching with an airbrush and using Pagemaker on our Macintosh Plus. The Plus was the third model in the Macintosh line, introduced in 1986 two years after the first Mac with a price tag of $2,599. Oh how we miss that 1 MB external hardrive. Check out this bit of history.
